There is always opportunity to learn, develop and share your knowledge in the Consulting Service Line. As a valued member of Micado’s Salesforce Consulting team, you will specialise in implementing Salesforce solutions across a variety of enterprise clients across New Zealand.  

About you

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Consultant with experience delivering full lifecycle projects across with a diverse range of clients/industries 

  • Experience configuring and designing customised solutions within Salesforce Cloud suite of products – Marketing, Sales, Service and Analytics 

  • Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation 

  • Using Service Design skills to help enable customers to think beyond their current environment, focusing on Customer Experience, to draw out requirements and build effective functional solutions 

  • Excellent presentation skills with an open communication style which fosters inclusion and trust with stakeholders internally and externally 

  • Ability to work in cross functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher  

  • At least 3 relevant functional or technical Salesforce certifications
