As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be hands on working with Salesforce and related cloud technologies, designing, and implementing the key technical components of the Salesforce solution. You will share implementation best practices and partner with the Technical Architect to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.

You will collaborate with a team of Salesforce Consultants, Architects, and Software Developers, across New Zealand. With Micado there is always opportunity to learn, develop, and share your knowledge. As a valued member of the team, you will specialize in implementing Salesforce solutions to a variety of clients across New Zealand.

Desired Experience

  • 3+ years BA experience

  • 2+ years experience working with Salesforce

Desired Skills

  • Experience configuring and designing customised solutions within SalesForce Cloud suite of products – Marketing, Sales, Service and Analytics

  • Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation

  • Be able to proactively work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Active listener with the ability to think strategically

  • Great stakeholder management

  • Keen to learn and grow

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator

  • Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud

  • Pardot

  • Einstein / Tableau
