About the role
You will utilise your strong development experience using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning to develop robust, world-class client solutions for some of NZ’s biggest names. wi ll be expected to:

Develop technical consulting engagements for our customers Align consulting engagements to satisfy customer requirements and challenges

Build an understanding of our customer’s existing solutions and their future roadmap plans or requirements to drive sales
-
Assist customers during the business case/assessment and evaluation phase, resulting in commitment to practice solutions
-
Participate in new opportunities for leveraging the customers’ investment, leading to additional investment in our services
-
Ensures customers’ needs are understood and supported on an ongoing basis, in order to maximise the customer lifecycle and advocacy
-
Deliver Salesforce.com solution engagements to a high standard within defined timeframes
Skills & Experience required
-
Strong experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer (3 to 5 years)
-
Experience developing using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning with UI skills being a benefit
-
Ability to analyse complex commercial objectives and processes to create technical design documents, guidelines, and policies that deliver tangible value to clients
-
3+ years of Apex development, Visualforce and/or Lightning Components3+ years of Apex development, Visualforce and/or Lightning Components

Front-end experience with CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks.

Sound understanding of modern development practices such as Git and CI/CD solutions, and ding of modern development practices such as Git and CI/CD solutions, and solid unit testing experience solid unit testing experience

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills, and a strong result-driven focus

Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with an ability to understand customer business objectives, issues and provide innovative solutions to client problems and value propositions

Technical expertise to deliver Salesforce solutions and integrations across projects, keeping our clients’ needs at the forefront of your mind

Ability to work closely with different teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and design, delivering high-quality solutions inspired by Salesforce best practices

High level of initiative, ownership and relative autonomy, leading projects and teams with ease and professionalism

Ability to analyse complex commercial objectives and processes to create technical design documents, guidelines and policies which deliver tangible value to clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills, and strong results-driven approach

Fluent to native level English language skills is a must, both written and spoken, with a proven background engaging with background engaging with C level executives
Certifications

Should possess at least 3 Salesforce certifications

Preferably: Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, Technical Architect, System

Architect, JavaScript Developer, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II
